If you have a problem with your Tokens not being updated in the Wadzpay App, then try performing the below mentioned steps:
1. Please check if you have an active internet connection. In case of a bad network, switch to a different connection.
2. Close the app and relaunch it for the balance to be updated.
3. Please check your balance amount in the Wallet to ensure there are sufficient funds. - to be discussed
4. You may need to add your custom token into the WadzPay App in order to see it.
If the problem is not still resolved, kindly raise a ticket from our support portal or write to us at contact@wadzpay.com with the possible screenshots of the errors, if any.
